Just got the update of one ui 8.5 on my fold 5 and still the wifi and Bluetooth not working.The issue started with the last security patch update on 1st of may and still continues.I've reset the network settings, wifi and Bluetooth still not workin...
I've done all the things you have mentioned long ago I've spent several hours with the customer support while connected to the tutor app and still no solution
