Jio support team is not sharing welcome offer, saying this device(they mention model number instead of model name) is not in their 5G compatible device list.
Jio support says that this device model(Galaxy m34 - SM-M346B) is not supported on Jio, and hence they cannot share welcome offer.Can you please advise?
