You cannot download any music from the Samsung Music app, but it could play music. It is only a music player. You should download music from youtube or other third party app to play from Samsung Music app.

See if their is any software updates, this feature may come from future software updates

You could download Youtube Music in Play Store, but i reccomend you to use Samsungusic app, which you could dowmload via Play Store or Galaxy Store
