Clean your charging port and also check your charging cable and clean it to, i too got this problem in my s20 plus but after cleaning charging port it solved
Go to your phone's setting then click on biometrics and security, there you'll see the option says "secure folder" after clicking on this, it'll install automatically, in some conditions you've to be connected to internet
