I don't think it is a WhatsApp issue, it only happens when my S20+ is connected with the galaxy watch 4 via Bluetooth, and"Calls" set to on in the Bluetooth configuration.Fixed it by going in to the Bluetooth configuration in the phone, clicking in ...
