Mere pas samsung a12 hai kabhi kabhi mere phone pr call ati hai to receive krny pr awaz na ati hai or na hi call sunnay walay ko jati hai or thodi der bd khud cutt jati hai call os maslay ka hal bataen plz

I have samsung galaxy a12 and i notice that this battery consume 5% to 10% automatically without using phone .battery reduce problem please solve this
