You can't "add support" to "run Windows applications and games natively" on Android. The solution is for Samsung to work with and support developers to port applications to native Android, as they did with Luma Touch to get LumaFusion on Android.
You can literally just turn it off using the power button if you're using DeX on the secondary display. If you're just screen mirroring, then you can't.
