13 pro is a newer phone. Also it is unfair to compare the "pro" phone to normal S21, S21 ultra with the new update takes as good portraits as 13 pro. Check Mr.WhosTheBoss video if you wanna verify what i am saying

Bro Samsung already have screen recording option. My phone runs on One ui 3.1 and I have the option to screen record. Maybe you should update your phone or enable screen recording from settings.
