Dear Samsung,It seems you guys are just here for making profits.. you all don't bother and believe in after sales customer service. We are in Dec'18 and since last update for July'18 Security update, we haven't received any update for security patch....
yes... samsung don't bother for mid range phones.. they just look after high end phones. We have spent 33k in buying A8+ and in return we don't get good after sales customer service.
