I bought my note 9 on Aug 23 2018.. same issue for me since Nov 2020.. doesn't look like a software issue.. Samsung has used a cheap hardware which fails in few months..note 7 burns ..note 9 display crashes.. God should save users who bought note 20 ...

same here.. visited the service center.. they were unable to help me out.. bought this phone 2 years back for 70k .. total waste of money
