My galaxy m21 freezes while using. I did reset/formating also.Still ot gives the same problems.I sent error report to samsung.Is there any technicalexpert who can guide me.
Galaxy m21 works nicely for few months. Then it starts giving trouble. It freezes, auto off, shows your logo on the screen, unable to open. It repeats continously. Please do something.
