Why are we not receiving the update to Android 12 in South African to our S20 and note 20 flagship....this is **bleep**

I need to trade in my Samsung S20. Still in great condition its only a year old and no scratches at all , still have the box and 25W original charger. Either I exchange or update to S21 ultra or Flip series. The Samsung trade in online isn't working
