I got buds2 pro 9 months back in March, 2024 for about 30k pkr. They were working great with no sign of issues until suddenly yesterday the left earbud gave out.
I was in bed listening with 70% volume and the left earbud suddenly gave fshhh sound and went near silent, only maybe 5% sound at max. I thought it was some bug so reset them but no use.
Also they are clean, so no cleaning issue, no falls or any water damage so this was surprising to me that these expensive earbuds lasted so little time.I had the made in India variant.
Now I want to know if Saddar Service Center, Karachi will help replace these or not? And if they will how much will the left bud alone cost? If anyone has Saddar Service Center number, kindly give it to me so I can contact directly.
If anyone went through similar issue please let me know if they are helpful or if I should throw buds away.
