Tech Expertමෙහෙම කරලා බලන්න. මුලින්ම phone එක safe mode එකෙන් on කරලා බලන්න. එතකොට ඔයා install කරපු app එහෙක bug එකක් නිසා වෙනවා නම් බලාගන්න පුළුවන්.
එහෙම නැත්තං, phone එක reset කරලා බලන්න. ඒත් හරිගියෙ නැත්තං ගොඩක් වෙලාවට hardware issue එකක් වෙන්න පුළුවන්. Samsung service center එහෙකට ගිහින් බලන්න එහෙමනම්.
මගේ comment එක ඔයාට උදව් උනා නම්, comment එකේ dot 3 click කරලා Accept Solution select කරන්න.

Tech ExpertThis is a bug error that so many other Galaxy A7 users faced, mainly due to the Facebook app, so it best is you can back up all your data to Samsung Cloud or Samsung Smart Switch, you can download Samsung Smart Switch for your PC to install it and then plug your device and backup all your data and then make sure to rest your phone. Backup WhatsApp as well if required.
See if this doesn't work then you might need to scan the hardware of your phone, or replace the display.

Tech Expertමගේ comment එකෙන් ඔයාට යම් කිසි උපකාරයක් උනා නම්. Comment එකේ 3 dot menu ඒක click කරලා, solution එකක් හැටියට accept කරන්න.
