Device not supporting fast charging

My Samsung m31 device stop supporting fast charging at once and it started to display notification "The connected USB device isn't supported" so i can't us my original charger that supports fast charging. Now the device is only charging with my laptop. 

How to solve this problem? What is the reason for this problem?

Can you cheak your charger 1st??

I have checked with my other Samsung device that also supports to fast charging. It's working fine and that device's charger is also not supports to the m31 device

Maybe its your charging port problem in phone.clean your charging port.it has dust .cheak it

Yeah i have checked and also cleaned the port. And I have discovered that many Samsung users face this issue in this last months. I think it is software issue since the phone is charging with the laptop and it's not giving me the option to transfer file. Other users that faced this issue still didn't have a solution.

Oh so sad bro.we can not do anything for software issues.maybe samsung will be give new update for your device later.

Is your charger and cable is original one came with your phone

Yup.

Make sure you didn't turn off fast charging.
Also clean cabels and ports in charger and cable.
Try changing the place you plug your charger. If non of them work
you should check new charger with your phone at store
If it doesn't work try going to repair shop.
