Display the music player upon downward scrolling to access notifications.

Getting to the music controls from notifications is such a pain now; before, it was just one swipe, but now it's two, which is super inconvenient.

Its not an error but a feature which was there earlier, quite handy feature and now have been removed.
Request is to bring it back
