I don't received my voucher code

I have purchased s22ultra 6 days ago and i was in pre booking but still not receive my voucher code? Whats the problem in it csn anyone explain?

It shall appear after a week if not complaint Samsung but do it before 31 May as that's the last date for redemption of Vouchers
