So i bought s25 Ultra 2 weeks ago and today Samsung retailer called me that you have complementary gift from Samsung come to us and claim your complimentary gift so I asked what complementary gift then he says that go to member app check benefits and you will be able to see the claim your complimentary gift with the picture of Galaxy Birds so I should go to the retailer and claim my free Galaxy Buds also recommend me should I take the buds first and then do the claiming part they will do that they say should I first take Galaxy buds before that ?
I claimed it , it's been 4 days will I get notified through my phone number or email about the delivery or the process ??? I haven't received anything yet neither call nor email
