hi i purchase Samsung A31. after opening the box i face problem that when during phone or video loudspeaker is on then receiver can't listen my voice ( when loudspeaker is on during voice or video call then my phone microphone is not working ). what solution of this problem ??
upper mic which is located on the the top side is covered with any paper like jelly or other paper so remove it to avoid from blockage of the mic hole.
