camera settings not good

Hi im azmat im using S22 Ultra my camera setting is mot good when im using 70 or more then it.it become to much blur 

i hope you can tell me solutions

I think it's hardware issue. I might be wrong.
First try to completely reset your device and test again. If the issue stills remains, then it is hardware problem for sure.
Take your device to Samsung service center.

Does that happen in default camera app? Because the screenshot you've attached is irrelevant
