I texted samsung pakistan about green line issue after installing an update. And their response was the following;

The quality of Samsung's customer service in Pakistan is severely lacking and does not meet the standards expected of a reputable company. It would be advisable for Samsung to reconsider their presence in Pakistan if they are unable to provide adequate support to their customers.
