Last but not least, ETNews once again confirms previous leaks that Samsung is providing the Galaxy S25 with more RAM. All storage configurations of the S25 Ultra (256 GB/512 GB/1 TB) will come with 16 GB RAM, while all storage configurations of the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ will have 12 GB RAM.
