M51 microphone issue

I recetly bought galaxy m51...everything is good but when i make a call and put on loudspeaker, reciver can not listen to my voice so i have to use the phone against my ear piece, anyone facing the same issue? 😭😭

Remove Blockage from Upper Mic Any kind of plastic or mobile cover may be Blocking Upper Mic sorry for poor English 😃

if you have applied jelly cover on back side then most probably your top microphone is blocked. make a hole in that covering.
