How restrictions can be applied in the settings to not open the notifications panel on the lock screen in Samsung galaxy A51

Brother it's a UI thing, you can't restrict this thing.
Some other brands provided this feature to disable notification panel in lock screen in past, but now as far as I know, it's not provided.
