Issue In Samsung A50 after Update to android 10

My mobile is behaving like some bloody **bleep** after update.!! Automatically went to samajng Logo like it is restarting but actually it got stuck on that Logo.!! Then i have to wait for some time and keep pressing the power button and volume down for several minutes to make it restart ...!! Let me know if anyone is facing this type of issue or suggest me any possible solution exept factory reset!!

yeah m also....!! i did made a conversation with representative and they say it could be a 3rd party app which is making phone softwere to crash.... and suggest a factory reset for me...!! i uninstalled all 3rd party apps, but issue is still here!!

They r just truing to hide their software bugs ...my friends r facingthe same issues ..its a software bug maybe if we complain about this they will definitely solve thia issue

hey. same issue was happening with my samsung A51 recently bought. I searched the issue and found few solutions. recently I did this
Go to Setting then Apps then open go to three dots at the top right corner then click Reset App preferences. it will disable all app but will not harm any data. now your all 3rd party apps will get disabled , like again you have to open WhatsApp, and all useful apps one time to make them enable. don't open all apps as just open few that you use to use. in that way you will able to get rid of this issue. Good to say that I haven't faced same problem since a week.

And if this is a software's issue then samsung should resolve this as soon as possible. as it is too irritating, unable to use mobile for 15 mins when this happens.
