Guys, I've lost my Samsung account. I'm trying to recover it but the problem is that it is sending a code to one of my phone number which is no longer in use. It also sends a verification link to my Gmail account but I don't know why it still asks for that code sent to my blocked number. Does anyone knows how to resolve this problem so I can get my account back??? Also, this thing happened when I received the Android 13 update and when I installed it my phone stopped working I had to downgrade it to 12 and I lost everything and now Samsung is also not helping me with this.
One things is that your account must have device seriesal no. Software no. Kanal no. Andriod version, UI version location of phone and its corresponding market locations.
If you any of above is missing from the server than they unable to help.
