Having Problem in playing vidoes

I am having problem playing videos in my mobile, my mobile is samsung A13.

Videos are not playing at any of the platforms , neither whattsap, nor instagram, and not even in gallery.

So what should I do now?

Go to settings, then general management, then reset all settings. Then try again and check if the video is playing.
Also, check video permission is allowed for specific apps.
