Gmail contacts automatically delete

You must have opened 2 or more devices on your Gmail account.
That's why when contact is deleted or renamed from one device, it automatically gets deleted or renamed from all other devices.
Sync only one device with your Gmail.

Further. Default saving location for contacts are Mobile storage. Make sure you save contacts on Gmail account by selecting Gmail I'd on top while creating a contact
