Full screen problem

Dear I recently purchased my samsung a31 There is full screen problem in face book ,youtube and all download plyer not in full screen i tiredabout all seting there is still problem

Plz go to the setting and search there full screen app And then open this social app

I tired try to this but not resolved I tank this issue facing 80 % users of new samsung 10 version kindly resolve from back updates
