When i start a download in a browser it works just fine but when I open another app specifically an online video player
Download speed drops to few kbs speed 
Anyone have a solution for the problem

Run Scan "Security and Privacy" in phone settings.

Clear browser cache and cookies.

If any unwanted less secure app is found during scan then that app should be removed, most probably this will be due to this reason.
