call recorder feature is country specific..some countries doesn't allow call recording due to privacy or some laws(samsung follows certain guidelines)..but still you can get in touch with customer support team..
When ever i try to call video call from whatsapp without hand free my voice couldn't hear the others but if i use hand free then its work can u tell me how to fix
