I think the time has come to leave Samsung.
I have been using Samsung since 2008. Now, whenever Samsung updates a flagship device, it adds one feature but removes or degrades ten others.
In One UI 7.0, they removed the feature that locked the Secure Folder every time you left the app. This was an amazing feature and a major reason why many users loved Samsung.
Secondly, in 8.0, the offline photo editing tool was great for removing unwanted objects from photos. However, this has now been removed in 8.5.
Furthermore, showing blocked callers in the call history was much faster in 8.0 compared to 8.5.
Also, in 8.0, after clearing all recent apps, the phone automatically returned to the home screen. In 8.5, after clearing recent apps, you have to manually press back to return to the home page.
A lot of basic features have been removed just to introduce these new, so-called "innovations." While the new features might have some value, the basic features are incredibly important to long-term users like me who have supported Samsung for the past two decades.
very shamful
