It's depends on variant or manufacturers country like Korean phone get first foremost update in the world then America like that

This time it was totally different. Korea update paused. There was an incompatibility issue with wechat in China, hk etc. It's resolved now. China got it on 30th.
Hong Kong started rolling today. I have 9980 اand finally got the update today.
