Why does this happen with my front camera?

Started to notice it recently (camera access was blocked when screen recording)

Are u using any apps like Arc Lightning or AOD notify?

This isn't normal otherwise. Unless the camera is open or if the face unlock is active

Nope I'm not using any app like that.
I just noticed after the most recent update and I've noticed that it's like that when my phones charging too. Should I be alarmed or is this just a bug?

I feel like it might be a bug or a new implementation of a notification. So far, my device doesn't act like this. What's ur phone?

Mines a 23 ultra I got an update few days back

I see. Have u tried restarting ur phone or clearing cache to see if it makes a difference?

I actually never tried it and I just did. And it's gone now hahaha thank you so much for reminding me. Ig it was just a minor bug lol.
