Dear Samsung Sri Lanka,

I am writing to express my urgent concern about a recently developed issue with my Samsung S21 FE smartphone. Following the OneUI 6.0 update on December 21st, 2023, a vertical yellow line appeared directly adjacent to the front camera module on my screen.

My research reveals this is not an isolated incident. Numerous S21 FE users worldwide, including those in Sri Lanka, have reported the same yellow/green line appearing after the OneUI 6.0 update. This suggests a potential software compatibility issue or hardware defect affecting multiple devices.

As a dedicated Samsung user since the Galaxy Ace, I have consistently chosen your brand for its quality and reliability. My previous phones, including the S4 and S9, served me well for years. This recent issue with the S21 FE after the OneUI 6.0 update is therefore particularly concerning.

I kindly request Samsung Sri Lanka to investigate this matter urgently and provide a solution for affected S21 FE users. This could involve a software fix, hardware replacement, or other forms of compensation as deemed appropriate.

I'm sorry about your white screen issue on the Galaxy S21 FE. It's a common hardware problem caused by overheating. I recommend going to a service center for screen replacement. If the warranty has expired, you'll need to pay for the replacement, which might be costly. Despite the higher cost, it's the only solution.

Please call them and ask to create a management complaint. I have made a complaint through email on October but when I asked today they said there is no management complaint for S21FE. If there are more complaints registered there might be a chance for replacement.
