I have bought Samsung s24 ultra and I have search for the call recording and it was not there.
May I able to know why it's not there.
Do I have to do setting

I totally understand what you are saying, It is all because the screen record feature's availability depends on the phone's region as known as your phone's CSC.
You can simply change your phone's CSC if you have a PC. I can guide you thru the process if you want me to

Samsung has generally removed the built-in call recording feature due to security concerns and legal restrictions in many regions. Your phone could be a different region phone.
You can use the third-party apps, but those are not working like built-in one.

You will need to have a CSC country or region which has call recording. Some countries doesn't have due to privacy reasons. But if you change the CSC you can enable the feature built in.
