Galaxy SI've been using the Samsung S series since the S7 Edge, and in 2022, I purchased the S21 Enterprise Edition as my daily driver. Until recently, I had zero issues. However, after the last security update, a pink line suddenly appeared on the display. Over the past few weeks, it’s gotten progressively worse—now there are five pink lines and one green line.
I’m not a power user; I mostly use my phone for daily tasks and entertainment. I reached out to Samsung Support to explore repair options, especially since this is an Enterprise Edition device with an extended international warranty. Despite never having claimed warranty support before, Samsung Sri Lanka refused to honor the international warranty, stating it's not applicable in this region—even though the device is clearly marked as region-free.
It’s incredibly disappointing to see how a well-known issue in the S series is being handled, especially with no acknowledgment or professional support from Samsung Sri Lanka. I was planning to upgrade to the S25 Ultra and use this device as a secondary, but now that upgrade seems pointless, given how poorly customers are treated post-purchase.
If anyone knows a reliable place to repair or replace the screen—outside of Samsung-authorized service centers—I’d really appreciate your recommendations. I no longer trust the official support to handle this properly.

Galaxy SI am also using S25 Ultra. I am also hoping that S24 Series and S25 Series will not get green lines.
