You have to flash it manually, if you know how to flash the rom. Unless you have such a device and live in a list of countries that have officially released it.

Just an issue I am facing after the update is, when I press and hold one of the volume buttons, it does nothing, but if I press them 1 2 3 times, it work. Anyone has any idea?

Pakistan will get update prolly in 2nd or last week of January as speculated by most of people. It is supposed to be released with release of S25
