Whatsapp Pop Up Notification

I use whatsapp with silent notification but one UI 6 is not showing pop ups on S24 with silent notifications, it forces me to have them turned on with some notification tone then the notifications start popping.

Is there any way around it? I want the popups but without any sound just like my previous phones.

Why does it feel like that every UI upgrade is a step backwards?? (Just like it forces you to have a recyble bin now and you cant turn it off 🙄🙄)

Becarefull, Don't do it by yourself because it is a very complicated process, you will destroy your phone
