Subject: WhatsApp Voice Message Stopping Issue After Update
Dear Samsung Support,
I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing on my Samsung S21 Ultra, and my brother is facing the same problem on his S22 Plus. Since the recent software update, both of us are encountering a recurring problem with WhatsApp voice messages. When we listen to voice messages by placing the phone to our ear, the message stops playing exactly after 27 seconds, and the screen turns back on. This issue repeats every time we play a voice message.
We believe this issue may be related to the phone's proximity sensor or a bug in the software update. Prior to the update, we did not face this problem. We kindly request you to look into this matter and provide a solution or update to resolve the issue.
