Volume button issue

Assalam O Alaikum every one . I'm facing an issue with volume buttons in my s23 ultra when I try to volume it take some time to go up some time after one press it goes to full volume. If any one have solution plz help me in this regard.

It's hardware issue

Yea its is hardware issue it may have virus or fulled ram
