Video stabilization error s23 ultra

Recently after frequently making videos with my s23 ultra, the camera has started making errors.....the video starts to vibrate and the sound of that is also recorded in the video. I have submitted in the report section of samsung member app, hard resetted the device, deleted the data of camera app.....everything has failed. Samsung member app is not responding as well.

I then downloaded a third party app and switched off the stabilization but the quality is now compromised. Having this issue in s23 ultra is quite surprising. While Samsung is still not responding and I clearly do not know where to contact the focal person.

Your main camera's OIS is broken, it's a famous issue came in S23 series.
Only solution is main camera replacement.
Many users reported it and it's not a software issue. It's a hardware issue.
