Galaxy S
After Update Post: Hello, I have been experiencing a touch screen issue on my Galaxy S21 Ultra (SM-G998N) after the latest software update in early January 2025. The issue started immediately after updating. My phone's touch screen stopped responding to finger touches, but it still works with the S Pen. To troubleshoot, I took the following steps: 1️⃣ Factory Reset → No change, the touch screen still doesn't work. 2️⃣ Samsung Members Diagnostics → It shows "Unusual software change detected" under the touch test. 3️⃣ Flashing the same firmware again → Touch started working, but Samsung Pass and Secure Folder stopped working. 4️⃣ Updated to the latest version again → The touch screen issue returned. I have seen multiple users reporting this issue in Samsung Members. Can Samsung confirm if this is a known bug, and will it be fixed in the next update? I am currently in Afghanistan, where there is no official Samsung service center, so I need a software-based solution. Has Samsung acknowledged this issue, and is there any official fix or workaround available? Thank you.
