Any Pro Galaxy S-Series user, could you assist me? 

As an individual who often gives presentation, will using Samsung Dex on S23 Ultra work by connecting the phone to a projector device?

If so,

Then,

• How may I connect it with the projector screen effectively? Like, what type of adapter do I require?
• Will it also require me to use wireless keyboard/mouse as well? OR can I navigate things being displayed right with the help of only my phone screen?
• Since, S-Pen 🖋 has gestures that function as commands to perform various tasks like moving to next/previous slide by single/double clicking, will it also work the same if I do so to what is being displayed on projector screen via Samsung Dex?

If the projector supports HDMI, you can use a Type-C to HDMI cable or adapter. You can also use both wired and wireless keyboards and mouse.

But Can't the S23 Ultra solely perform both' roles, keyboard and of mouse?

It is better you should have Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.

You're very welcome!
So technically, the S23 Ultra can replace both a mouse and a keyboard in a DeX setup without needing any physical accessories.
However, just know:
For serious typing (like writing essays or coding), an external keyboard is still faster and more comfortable.
As a mouse, the phone works quite smoothly, but it's not as precise for things like gaming or detailed design work.
