Super Fast charging not working

My s23 ultra has is not super fast charging since yesterday only cable charging taking almost 2 hours to charge to 100%.

I have factory reset my phone .checked other samsung 25 watt official chargers as well.

Still issue is not resolved.

Ap check karo keh hab ap mobile ko charhe par lagatay ho tab mobile heat up tu nahin hai...?

Jab ap mobile ko charging par lagatay ho tu Mobile heatup bhi ho tu woh charging fast charging ki bijaye slow charging par chla jata hai...

Main pehel Samsung S8 Plus use karta tha tu mere sath yeh issue aatha tha
Jab mobile ka temperature down hita tha tu woh wapis fast charging par aa jata tha...

Also i found out that my phone only charge if type c cable is connected in Up direction only.
No charge when i connect the downside

Change the cable. I also have a cable that shows the same error on one side, but the other side runs fine. So, it may be an issue with the cable.
