My s23 ultra has is not super fast charging since yesterday only cable charging taking almost 2 hours to charge to 100%.
I have factory reset my phone .checked other samsung 25 watt official chargers as well.
Still issue is not resolved.

So wait for the next update then?
I think they are rolling out 6.1 starting from 28th March

Make sure you have a charger that supports super fast charging, as well as the cable. Not every cable supports super fast charging. Make sure you have a good cable that is more than 3A, at least a 5A cable is good.
Baseus, Ugreen, Anker, etc., I used both Baseus and Ugreen branded cables and they are very reliable and durable.

Or, if the charger and cable are functioning properly and this issue occurs after any update, factory reset the phone to check if the problem persists. If numerous users report this issue, Samsung will likely release an update with a solution. However, if you are the only one experiencing this problem, the next update may not necessarily fix it because updates are programmed for specific purposes and do not contain algorithms specifically designed to address battery or charger-related issues. The next update could simply be next month's security update or something similar.

Try different and high watt, like 45W samsung official charger or any other branded 45W charger if you tried 25W charger and issue is not resolvee.

Don't use hair dryer, it's harmful for your mobile also it's affect the rubber seal of the mobile. Use 45W charger and good cable atleast 5A cable.
