Software update issue.

My galaxy s9 SM-G960F has not received update of one ui 2.5 based on android 10 and is currently running on samsung experience version 9.0 based on android 8.0 oreo.Why is that so? And what should i do to update my phone? Please!someone guide me.

Android 10 waise bhi s9 ki last update hai..is ke bad update hota bhi nahi hai.

Go to settings click about phone click status information scroll down show a option phone status is show official hay to mujhay bataen agar custom hay to bhi
