Secure Folder Crash Issue

I am unable to setup secure folder in my s23 ultra. Whenever I try to setup secure folder it crashes without any error. Only a popup appears saying if this happens again contact samsung support. This is official PTA approved phone not CPID. Video is attached.

All apps are updates but still same issue

Then write email to samsung support to help you setup it only they can figure out the problem...
