I have previously backed up my secure folder data to Samsung Cloud prior to performing a factory reset. Following the reset, I attempted to restore approximately 2.5GB of data. Samsung Cloud indicates that the restoration was successful; however, the data is not visible within my secure folder. Could anyone provide assistance with this issue?
