I really hope to samsung add adaptive refresh rate by software update to S20 series like S21 series. S20 series really have much problems with exynos and battery life, so please please help to our phones with adaptive refresh rate for more battery life. Thanks!

i don't think this is possible because it is related to hardware rather software

Go to xda and check it. they made Mx hz app and it's work already well, so it's possible. no root need even, so possible just need an update.
